Hi my name is Monica Montgomery, I'm from southern california born and raised. I've always had a passion for makeup and how I was able to change and look different with makeup. For me it's more of art and painting on a canvas and being able to create anything I wanted. Makeup was always a passion but I was never really able to go to school to learn more. So the next best thing was to teach myself like getting books and looking at videos. Practicing on my face on friends on anyone who let me. And now being a wife and mom of two allows my creaitivity to expand more since they have such an imagination that it allows me to expand more then I was able to in the past. Seeing colors and being so bright and no rules. I love having no limitation and being able to express myself with no rules it's simply amazing. Yes I am self taught but dont get me wrong it took a while to master what I know now and their is no ending to what more I can learn. I love to enhance features and bring out the inner beauty of oneself. Show a client what they are hiding behind the self doubt that they create within them selves. Like I've stated yes I am self taught but I am proud of it and if I had the time or money to go to school I would because learning more doesnt mean you know nothing just means I want to get better and I am on a never ending path of learning and mastering my skill of creating beautul art with a makeup brush.
